Swim by Maggie has curated a group of experienced woman who have a passion for the water. We have a combined 15Â years of experience teaching swim lessons across the East End of Long Island!
ABOUT MAGGIE
Hello! My name is Maggie! As an All- American Division 1 swimmer and former Coopers Beach Ocean Lifeguard, I have decided to take my skills and teach others how to be safe in the water. I have been teaching swim lessons in The Hamptons for over 6 years, and love showing the community water safety! I cannot wait for the summer ahead!

ABOUT CAROLINE
Hi! My name is Caroline Oakland and I am a recent graduate of Syracuse University. Growing up surrounded by water, I have been an avid swimmer and lover of the ocean from a young age. I swam competitively on the East Hampton Hurricanes swim team for ten years, a part of Hampton Lifeguard Association for five years, and an ocean lifeguard at Cooper’s Beach for the past five consecutive summers. I have been teaching private swim lessons for the past four summers. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your family this summer!
ABOUT EVIE
Hi my name is Evie Purcell and I have been an avid surfer and swimmer my whole life. I grew up on the East Hampton Hurricanes swim team, and I am also on the surf team at the College of Charleston. After spending the past 5 summers lifeguarding at Coopers Beach and teaching surf and swim lessons, I understand the importance of teaching water safety to our community in a fun but safe way. I love sharing my passion for the water with others, and I am excited to meet your family this summer!
ABOUT ISABELLA
Hi! My name is Isabella and I am a recent pre- medical graduate from the University of Miami. I grew up competitively swimming for over 10 years in East Hampton and I have been an ocean lifeguard in Amagansett and Montauk for over 5 years. I have experience teaching children how to swim in the ocean and in the pool. I was also on the USA National Lifesaving Team and enjoy all activities in the water from surfing to swimming! I am excited for a fun summer teaching with Swim by Maggie!
